      1990-1997:  Frederick Realty Inc.:  Vice President.  Responsible for all operations of property management, community association management, and general office management.   Collected $6 million in rent and managed rental property budgets totally $6 million each year.  Managed Homeowners Association and Condominium Budgets of $640,000.

      1997-2000:  Frederick Realty Inc.: President.  Responsible for all operations of the company as well as marketing the company’s services while maintaining personal production in the sales and management of properties.

      2000-present: Ben Frederick Realty Inc., President.  Real Estate Brokerage, development, and consulting; specializing in apartment buildings and investment real estate.  Year-after-year helps people buy and sell more apartments in Baltimore City than any other Realtor®
